Joining the LoP
Suffolk’s List of Providers (LoP) is for childcare providers who wish to offer funded early education places for eligible 2 years olds and 3 and 4 year olds. To join Suffolk List of Providers please follow the below steps:

Firstly please read the below to ensure you can comply.
Complete:
The LoP Proforma and supply your bank details:
LoP Proforma– download and save the form before filling it in
Supply your bank details – guidance notes and checklist (Please request a secure email before supplying your bank details)
We will contact you to let you know when you have been added to the LoP and can start offering funded places to parents.
Once added to the LoP and issued with a LoP number, you will need to register for the Provider Portal to be able to claim early education funding.

It is important as a LoP member that you stay up-to-date with funding information and any new developments or Government changes that occur. We will add you to the distribution list to receive our regular broadcasts.
