For children who are claiming early education funding whose special educational needs are significant and complex, cannot be claimed in addition to Inclusion funding.

Apply in the first three weeks of Autumn, Summer or Spring Terms.

For children who are claiming early education funding and have emerging or suspected SEND and who do not qualify for High Needs Funding, available for a maximum of 2 terms.

Apply in the first two weeks after a half term, in Autumn, Summer or Spring Terms.

For children who receive Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and are claiming early education funding.

Apply once per year, at any point in the year for the nominated childcare provider.
