The Local Authority’s Fair Access Protocol is managed through the In Year Fair Access Panel (IYFAP). Held monthly for the north, south and west of Suffolk, the IYFAP meetings consider managed moves, the reintegration of permanently excluded pupils and those returning to mainstream education from a PRU or AP, while also allowing the Admissions Team to secure school places for unplaced children and young people. Below are links to the dates and referral deadlines for all the IYFAP meetings. Follow the link on the left of this page to download the Inclusion Referral Form and risk assessment template. Please ensure the form is signed by a parent or carer and accompanied by a risk assessment and registration certificate. Fully completed forms should be sent to InclusionService.Referrals@suffolk.gov.uk.
