As you will be aware, the SEND Code of Practice requires us to consult with settings prior to naming them in an EHCP. In order to streamline the way in which we do this, from September we will be issuing consultations via email and asking you to respond via Microsoft Form. The Code gives you 15 days to respond to our consultations, and it is therefore important for us to consult with the right person first time, so that you have enough time to consider it.
