Teaching school hubs are school-led centres of excellence for teacher and leadership training and development. Inspiration Teaching School Hub has an ambitious vision to offer outstanding provision for schools in our area and beyond.
We deliver the Early Career Framework (ECF) programe, National Professional Qualifications (NPQ), Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Early Career Framework programme (ECF)
As schools may be heading towards appointments for the 2022/23 academic year, don’t forget you can start registering your ECTs and mentors on to our programme ready for September.

National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) National professional qualifications (NPQs) are a national, voluntary suite of qualifications designed to support the professional development of teachers and school leaders. They are trusted, transferable qualifications accredited by the Department for Education and they are designed to equip teachers with the expertise to lead sustainable improvement across their schools. Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
Inspiration Teacher Training has been born out of the Inspiration Trust. It is a School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider in the heart of Norwich with placement schools across the area. Inspiration Teacher Training offers a wide range of courses for primary and secondary and as part of the course, you will gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have the opportunity to study for a university-validated PGCE qualification. In order for us to support local needs, we would like to conduct a thorough analysis across our hub area. Our hub area covers South Norfolk, Breckland, Great Yarmouth and Waveney and if you are within these areas please take 5-10 minutes to complete the below form.
