Early Career Framework (ECF) – Register for September

The DfE is strongly encouraging that schools opt for the Full Induction Package (FIP) for their Early Career Teachers as it is fully funded by the DfE, designed by national providers and delivered locally by Teaching School Hubs.

We have chosen to partner with Ambition Institute to provide the ECF Full Induction Programme in 2022/23. Ambition’s ECF programme is evidence-based and has a proven track record in providing effective support for ECTs and mentors.
