Premises Management Training – relevant school staff – 17/01/2024 spaces available

This session covers a broad range of responsibilities with particular focus on the following key areas:

  • The Law
  • Fire Safety Management
  • Legionella Compliance
  • Asbestos Management
  • Control of Contractors
  • Electrical safety
  • Hazardous Substances
  • Confined spaces

The training provides the opportunity to ask specific questions relating to your premises on the day and allows a forum to network with others.

This is a very important awareness session for SLT of maintained schools, and should also include any staff member with premises responsibilities such as maintenance or caretaking roles. As the Premises Responsible Person you have a duty to manage the day to day health and safety within your premises. Vertas provides face to face training to ensure you understand your role in meeting legislative requirements.

This training session is being held from 09:30am to 12:30pm at the Orbis Centre, Wilde Street, Lowestoft NR32 1XH.
