Fraud Prosecution – School Business Manager

Following a criminal investigation by the Council’s Counter Fraud Service into the activities of the Business Manager at Trimley St Martin Primary School, Katherine Todd pleaded guilty to two charges of fraud over the period March 2017 to December 2019 totalling £13,177.45.

She was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment suspended for 2 years, and also ordered to pay compensation of £13,177.45 and legal and investigatory costs of £13,502.70.
