Following on from growing concern about youth vaping, a survey has been developed to better understand the prevalence, key drivers and support required. 

There are three short surveys:

•  Pupil survey 9-18 years (Should take 5-10 minutes to complete).
• Teacher/Support staff survey staff for 9-18 year olds (Should take less than five minutes to complete). 
• Parent or carer of a 9-18 year old (Should take less than 2 minutes to complete).

The pupil survey has been designed so that it can be completed during form time or at the start of a class, so that a trusted adult is on hand to support with the process of completing the survey. Whilst we appreciate that schools are now into exam season, the results from this survey will allow us to develop resources ready for the new school year in September.

For the most successful outcomes, we need all students aged 9-18, teachers and support staff, and parents/carers in Suffolk to complete the survey before the end of the school year.
