Early Career Framework

We’re partnered with Ambition Institute to support new teachers from day one with our Early Career Teachers programme. Our programme helps you to give new teachers and their mentors a high quality of professional development through:

• Regular, bite-sized learning.
• The innovative learning platform, Steplab.
• Instructional coaching.

Your school can now sign up to our ECT programme here. The DfE’s ‘manage training for early career teachers’ service will re-open for 23/24 registrations later this summer. We’ll keep you in the loop with any updates from the DfE but registrations for September start ECTs are expected to open on 1st July.

NPQ

Applications are now open for the next cohort of NPQs in October 2023! You can apply to learn with us through the National Institute of Teaching here.
