Inspiration Teaching School Hub offers the Early Career Framework (ECF) programme, Appropriate Body services, National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) and Initial Teacher Training (ITT).

Appointing an Early Career Teacher in September?

If you’re appointing an ECT in September, we’re here to support you. We deliver our ECF-based training programme in partnership with Ambition Institute. You can register your school for our ECT training programme here.

We will also be offering Appropriate Body (AB) services from September. This means we’ll be responsible for ensuring that ECTs are getting the right support and are assessed fairly. Register with us for AB services here. We’re also offering training for Induction Tutors on 27th June from 3:30 – 5pm. Please contact us if you’d like to attend this session.

National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)

Applications are open for the next cohort of NPQs with the National Institute of Teaching! The NIoT’s programmes reflect local contexts and employ local expertise, while also drawing on best-in-class research to make sure its programmes benefit from evidence and effective practice that can boost the quality of teaching and leadership across the whole school system.
