Early Career Framework (ECF) – How to register

The DfE is strongly encouraging that schools opt for a provider-led programme for their Early Career Teachers as it is fully funded by the DfE, designed by national providers and delivered locally by Teaching School Hubs like us.

Ambition Institute’s Early Career Teachers programme offers a tried and tested two-year support package for early career teachers to increase their confidence in teaching effectively, and helps more experienced teachers to become supportive mentors.

National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) – How to apply

There’s still time to apply for one of our 2022/23 NPQ courses! This year we will be offering NPQs in Senior Leadership, Headship, Early Years Leadership, Leading Teacher Development, Leading Teaching, Leading Behaviour & Culture and Leading Literacy.

We are proud to offer the reformed NPQ programmes in partnership with the School-Led Network. Together, we provide a suite of unique programmes that are underpinned by theory, mapped for progression across all qualification levels, and application of learning prioritised to facilitate successful implementation.

The programme will use ‘see it, name it, do it’ as an organisational structure for scaffolding learning to the point of mastery. The model is a highly applied and personalised approach coined by the internationally renowned Leverage Leadership Institute.
