Inspiration Teaching School Hub has an ambitious vision to offer outstanding provision for schools across Norfolk. Our purpose is to support schools and trusts to invest in their workforce to grow, recruit, develop and retain the very best teachers, support staff and leaders.

We deliver the Early Career Framework (ECF) programme, National Professional Qualifications (NPQ), Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

Our provider-led Early Career Teachers programme is fully funded by the DfE. Through effective mentoring and evidence-informed training, the Early Career Framework helps teachers succeed at the start of their careers with a two-year package of support. Register your school here!

We will be delivering NPQs in Senior Leadership, Headship, Early Years Leadership, Leading Teacher Development, Leading Teaching, Leading Behaviour & Culture and Leading Literacy, which are all carefully structured to provide flexibility and expert support. You may also be entitled to a fully-funded scholarship from the DfE. Here’s how you can register.
