It’s National Hate Crime Awareness Week and during this week of action, partners across Suffolk are raising awareness of what hate crime is, how to report and ways victims can get support.
Government advice and trusted resources can be found at: Educate Against Hate – Prevent Radicalisation & Extremism
More information and resources that can assist with lesson plans can be found on the free Schools RSHE Portal available from Public Health and Communities.
You can find out more about what’s being done locally in Suffolk by following #NoHateInSuffolk.
All RSHE/PSHE leads should already be aware of the RSHE Portal – however, anyone requiring further information can contact The Schools Engagement Manager for Public Health and Communities at SCC: [email protected]
