Latest date for submission: Friday 28 June 2024.

Data to be submitted – Early Years Foundation Stage Profile Assessments:

  • To be sent to Assessment and Moderation Team via Broadcast Plus in Perspective Lite.

EYFSP 2024 Data Collection Guide

Phonics (Yr 1 and selected Yr 2)

Latest date for submission: Friday 28 June 2024.

2024 assessment and reporting arrangements (phonics screening check) – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Data to be submitted – Phonics screening results:

  • 10-14 June administer phonics checks.
  • 17-21 June timetable variation week for those absent.
  • To also include year 2 pupils not meeting the required standard in Summer 2023.
  • To be sent to Assessment and Moderation Team via Broadcast Plus in Perspective Lite.

Phonics 2024 Data Collection Guide

Key Stage 1 – non-statutory

Latest date for submission: Friday 28 June 2024.

We would also like to offer schools the option to share with us their Key Stage 1 data which will enable us to populate your Suffolk School Improvement Sheets (SSIS) for those schools that have used the non-statutory 2024 materials and Teacher Assessment Framework. This data is non-statutory, and so will not have a national comparison.

If you would like to continue to submit your Key Stage 1 data so that it can be included in your SSIS, please could you complete this KS1 Teacher Assessment 2024 form so we can contact you directly.

Multiplication Tables Check (MTC)

Headteacher Declaration form – latest date for submission – Friday 21 June 2024.

Multiplication tables check – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Data to be submitted – Multiplication Tables Check:

  • 3-14 June administer MTC.
  • 17-21 June – extension for absent pupils or admin issues.
  • 21 June deadline for schools to ensure pupils have completed the MTC or have been recorded as not taking the check and submit their MTC HDF on the MTC service by 5pm.

Key Stage 2

Latest date for submission: Friday 28 June 2024

2024 key stage 2 assessment and reporting arrangements – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Data to be submitted – Key Stage 2 Teacher Assessments:

  • Teacher Assessments are to be completed and submitted to STA before test results are returned to schools.
  • No results should be sent to the Local Authority. 
  • Teacher Assessments to be uploaded onto STA’s Primary Assessment Gateway website.
