Latest date for submission: Friday 26 June 2026.
Data to be submitted – Early Years Foundation Stage Profile Assessments:

Phonics (Yr 1 and selected Yr 2)
Latest date for submission: Friday 26 June 2026.
Data to be submitted – Phonics screening results:
- 8-12 June 2026 administer phonics checks.
- 15-19 June 2026 timetable variation week for those absent.
- To also include year 2 pupils not passing the check in Summer 2025.
- To be sent to Assessment and Moderation Team using File returns in Perspective Lite.

Key Stage 1 – non-statutory
Latest date for submission: Friday 26 June 2026.
We would also like to offer schools the option to share with us their Key Stage 1 data which will enable us to populate your Suffolk School Improvement Sheets (SSIS) for those schools that have used the non-statutory 2026 materials and KS1 Teacher Assessment Framework. This data collection is non-statutory and so will not have a national comparison.

Multiplication Tables Check (MTC)
Headteacher Declaration form – latest date for submission – Friday 19 June 2026.
Multiplication tables check – GOV.UK
Data to be submitted – MTC:
- 1-12 2026 June administer MTC.
- 15-19 June 2026 – extension for absent pupils or admin issues.
- 19 June 2026 deadline for schools to ensure pupils have completed the MTC or have been recorded as not taking the check and submit their MTC HDF on the MTC service by 5pm.
Key Stage 2
Latest date for submission: Friday 26 June 2026.
Data to be submitted – Key Stage 2 Teacher Assessments:
- Teacher Assessments are to be completed and submitted to the Standards and Testing Agency (STA) before test results are returned to schools.
- No results should be sent to the Local Authority.
- Teacher Assessments to be uploaded onto National Curriculum Assessments Portal.
