Jot the robot is on his way to Suffolk to support the wellbeing of primary school children

To mark Children’s Mental Health Week, Suffolk County Council’s Children and Young People’s Engagement Hub Team, in partnership with East and West Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB), have announced the pre-launch of a new ‘Jot the Robot’ wellbeing resource they are working on for primary school children, which will be available soon.

‘Jot the friendly robot’, will be a new emotional wellbeing character who will be giving tips to children about 15 things they can do to feel better when they are feeling anxious or worried.

It is hoped that ‘Jot the robot’ will provide a fun way for parents, carers, and primary school staff to engage children (under the age of 11), to talk about how they are feeling, and address the subject of managing difficult feelings.
