Assessment reports should be received on a timely basis so that the Appropriate Body can discharge its statutory responsibilities and fulfil its monitoring function.  

All ECT assessment reports and progress reviews will be completed and submitted online via ECT Manager. Please see your ECTs overview page under your log in on ECT Manager where you will find the date of the next report or progress review and the date it can be accessed.
